Q. What type of files do you need for the photos?
A. JPEG or original photos.

Q. How long does it take to get something made?
A. An album - 4-5 weeks
Picture frame - 2-3 weeks
Tins - 2 -3 weeks
These are approx dates and do depend on how busy we are at the time of your order, we do our best to accommodate customers on a dead line...within reason!

Q. How many photos can go in an album?
A. It is good to have a mixture of the amount of photos on each page, some with one photo and some with around 12, so we would suggest between 30 and 120 photos for a 24 page album.

Q. What size are the albums?
A. 12" x 12" approx (30cm x 30cm)

Q. What size are the picture frames?
A. 12" X 12" approx before framing and 14" x 14" after framing.

Q. How many pages are in an album?
A. There are 24 pages in an album interlined with tissue. Only one side of the page is used due to the nature of the embellishments added to pages.

Q. Can I have input into my album?
A. Yes, definitely! We welcome as much or as little input as you would like.

Q. Do I see my album before it`s finished?
A. All pages are e-mailed to you before anything is put into your album for your approval...we are more than happy to make any changes you may want at this stage. Once the proofs have been agreed we unable to change anything.

Q.Can you crop photos?
A. Yes, no problem.
